Watched Notes on a Scandal with Susan and Liz. Walked about 1 mile up and then Hollywood Blvd looking for a freakin bacon-wrapped hotdog and Mexican corn until we finally gave up and ate at Pink's. Which is definitely overrated. We also refused to help a man sitting in his Benz who asked Susan to purchase him a hotdog. Turns out he was handicapped and apparently was so affronted he stuck around after wheeling himself to the front and asking the Asian girl in front of us if she was the one who refused to help him. Sigh.

The Good Shepherd is definitely a movie I need to watch again. There are just too many white men for me to keep track of.
I came home to a pleasant surprise. It's so unbelievably comforting to know that I've gotten in somewhere, though not necessarily my first choice. I finally feel progressive in taking that next step towards my future aspirations. Thank you, God. You are good.

I went to my very first baseball game last night, Angels v. Boston Red Sox. It was surreal, everything was brightly lit, the players were minuscule, and I am now an erudite connoisseur of baseball. Thanks A, J, and Traydiggy. =]
Important facts about baseball that I have realized:
1. Every baseball park is designed a specific and unique way. The Angels Stadium has a waterfall. It shot fireworks into the sky every time the Angels scored.
2. The Angels were the home team because the Boston Red Sox flew over to play at the Angels Stadium. Every baseball team has their own personal stadium.
3. There is a difference between a home run and a run.
4. One inning consists of each team batting until the other team makes them get three outs. There are nine innings in baseball.
5. There are no cheerleaders nor halftime shows in baseball. But in the seventh inning, everyone sings "Take Me Out to the Ball Game." The Angels Stadium does not provide lyrics.
6. The catcher does more than flash little signs under his crotch to the pitcher.
7. There is something called a shortstop and that is an important job.
8. There is a set number of players who will continuously play throughout one game. Their names and pictures are displayed on a marquee.
9. Baseball players look a lot better with their helmets on.
10. A baseball game is always better with an ice cold beer.
And here is additional baseball terminology that A has kindly provided:
For JK.
Home Run - When a batter gets a hit that travels out of the ball park between the foul poles. Results in bringing everyone on base including the batter home.
Batting Average - Batting average. In general, an average of .300 or above is considered a good hitter.
Walk - When the pitcher throws four balls, the batter gets 1st base awarded.
Intentional Walk - When the Angels decide to play "smart" baseball, and act chicken *bleep* and walk David Ortiz in the bottom of the 9th to face Kevin Youkilis.
Ballpark Nachos - At Angels Stadium, chips and nacho cheese. Jalapeno's you must ask for at time of purchase. At Dodger Stadium, chips, nacho cheese, AND salsa. Jalapeno's all you can grab!

My heart and arteries are painfully crying. I alleviated the hurt by shucking peanuts and throwing their shells onto the floor.
Walking around CPE and revisiting old memories with a lady-whore definitely has become a new favorite pastime. =]

Sometimes my parents are so freaking cute. =]

What are the chances that Roy Chung might have been a potential juror on the case that I've been assisting Frank with for the past few weeks? I'd say it's a freaking small world.
Luckily, Roy embellished his Berkeley mugging story enough to be excused and thus I was able to sit in front with Frank for two days during trial.
